Returns
The return can be made within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order.
Secure the returned product.
Products can only be returned unused and in the original packaging with the invoice you received from us.
Any indication of use or incomplete packaging may be a reason to reject the return.
Send the parcel back with any shipping method at your expense.

Please be aware that we do not accept cash on delivery parcels.
Depending on which method of payment you have chosen, you will receive a refund in the same way.
You will receive a refund within 5-7 business days from the moment we verify your parcel. In exceptional situations, this time may be extended to a maximum of 14 days.
