NEBEX Warranty Statement


NEBEX quarantees that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the warranty period specified below.

Warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage resulting from abnormal use, misuse, abuse, neglect or accident, natural disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.

NEBEX is not liable for any indirect damages such as lost profit, standstill of works etc.

Products must be used in accordance to relevant manufacturer´s instructions. Warranty can be succesfuly claimed only under the condition that the instructions in the relevant user manual were followed and the product was properly maintained.

 

Duration of Warranty


All NEBEX products (except of batteries) are covered by warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of despatch from NEBEX stock until the claimed goods is returned back to NEBEX.

Batteries are covered by warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of despatch from NEBEX stock until the claimed goods is returned back to the NEBEX.

Warranty claim


To make a claim it is necessary to send the faulty product to us with a Return note including the description of the fault.

 

Procedure and Requirements


The Return note shall be filled in promptly after discovering the defect. The date of receiving of the faulty products in NEBEX will be registered as the return date for the purpose of warranty duration.

The warranty claim will be examined after arrival of the faulty product to NEBEX.

Product shipped to us must be properly packed to prevent damage during transit and the freight has to be prepaid to purchaser´s cost.

Inside the package you MUST include completed Return note with a detailed description of the problem.

NEBEX will repair or replace, at its option, any faulty part of its product that proved to be subject of waranty within 30 days after receiving the product to our store in Nitra.

If the Return note is not enclosed, the claim is not considered official and it may be returned back to the customer.
